Universal Sound (AUM) Singing Bowl is a 7-inch bowl handmade in Nepal with an OM symbol at the centre and OM Mani Padme Hum arranged around it. The larger body produces a fuller resonance, and the layered lettering gives the bowl a meaningful visual identity.
Sound and Mantra Symbolism
- Central AUM: A-U-M is often understood as beginning, continuation and completion—three parts forming a complete sound and a symbol of wholeness.
- Om Mani Padme Hum: In the surrounding mantra, “Mani” refers to the jewel and “Padme” to the lotus, bringing together clear intention, compassion and wisdom.
- Practice Focus: The central symbol and circular lettering can guide the gaze back toward the centre as the tone expands and fades.
