Hand carving Cosmos Gong

This large 27-inch Cosmos Gong brings together a broad, developing sound and detailed hand-carved artwork. Its generous surface allows the tone to expand gradually, making it suited to larger rooms, group sound practice and careful listening.

Artwork, Symbolism and Sound

• Cosmos Composition: The design combines celestial patterns with the Shri Yantra, Vajra, Flower of Life and inscribed mantra forms in one detailed visual field.
• Layered Gong Tone: Different striking points reveal changing harmonics, from a focused opening tone to a fuller room-filling resonance.
• Hand-Carved Finish: The detailed surface records the artisan’s work and gives this gong its individual visual character.
